AdeoPoint is proud to be a partner in the Microsoft Advanced IT Apprenticeship scheme operated by Microsoft, QA Training and the UK Government.
The Advanced IT Apprenticeship programme is an apprenticeship scheme for the 21st Century with apprentices learning skills relevant to today's modern, technical workplace.
In its first intake, the scheme is on-boarding around 700 apprentices across the UK with AdeoPoint being proud to have its own apprentice, Charlie, join us in late September ready for a 10 month programme of learning and work placement with us.
Charlie is a local school leaver with an interest in technology who will be educated by Microsoft, QA Training and AdeoPoint to COMP/TIA, A+ and MCP standards over the next 10 months of the programme. At the end of the programme, he will have an option to join AdeoPoint as a full time employee which, on early form, we hope he will want to do!
"Microsoft is delighted that an up and coming partner, such as AdeoPoint, is putting the time and energy into the Advanced IT Apprenticeship scheme helping to bring future skills to the market and making jobs available now when the economy needs them most" comments Dominic Gill of Microsoft UK the primary sponsors of the programme.
"We felt that as part of AdeoPoint's continued expansion we wanted to make a commitment to the future of IT and the Apprenticeship scheme provides a great way for us to influence the IT leaders of the future" adds Seb Matthews, Chief Technical Officer at AdeoPoint.
Be sure to keep an eye on our Blog as Charlie will be keeping us all posted on his progress throughout his time with us.
